    Depends on the stretch of Autobahn. Most 'bahns do have a limit in place, and those that are unrestricted in sections have limits when its raining iirc (been a few years since I drove in Germany).

    The burden of proof comes into play when it comes to speeding, with that many cars involved it'll be hard to mark out the cause.....unless its been monitored by overhead cameras.

    Nice to see the Mondeo with the large rims coped well....not!

    Haha i seen this yesterday on another site when it was only 60 cars then last night it was at like 295.

    But am i right in saying if they were going over 80MPH then the insurance is then invaild and they do that speed at there own risk? (did that make sense?)
