As above, you get the 18s to cover the brembos, they also have a stickier Michelin pilot set of boots, the "standard" Konis are upgraded to FSD "upside down" style dampers and it's got the drexler diff.

Considering the price of the pack against buying the items individually then it's a bargain. Add to the mix that they're also then classed as "factory fit" and therefore under warranty.
When we spoke to Dougie at the launch they expected more PP cars than standard....the standard model pipped the fiesta ST in the price stakes which was a marketing point.
Andy and I both drove the PP corsas around Croft and Oulton....I thought the Corsa was the most fun at Oulton and could be kept "on the boil" much better than the Astra and insignia.
